1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return your product and request a full refund.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
- Be in its original condition, unused and undamaged
- Be in its original packaging with all accessories
- Include the invoice or proof of purchase
- Show no signs of normal wear
3. Return Process
Step 1: Return request
Contact our customer service at support@kavorin.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if defective)
Step 2: Return authorization
We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Step 3: Shipping
Send the product back to the indicated address. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in case of product defect.
4. Refund
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refund approved: Processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Refund to original payment method
- Shipping costs: Not refunded except for product defect
5. Special Cases
Defective product
If your product has a manufacturing defect:
- Free return (we cover the costs)
- Full refund including shipping costs
- Or free exchange according to your preference
Damaged package
If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos.
6. Exclusions
The following are not refundable:
- Personalized or modified items
- Products damaged by misuse
- Returns without prior authorization
7. Warranty
In addition to this refund policy, all our products benefit from a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.
